GET BETTER AT EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION

Join Ben for a 3 hour workshop that looks to demystify the world of exercise & movement  for PAINFUL problems

Should I focus on pain, the person or performance?

What type of exercise should I use?

How much does exercise form matter?

Is pain ok, if so how much?

This is NOT just about sets & reps but instead the PERSON with a painful problem & how moving can help

This will be explored from an evidence based perspective as well as the individual to help us tackle the problem at the clinical level

LIVE & ONLINE Sunday 11th DECEMBER £45

11-2pm UK time  This will also be recorded for you to watch at a later date
